Project Summary
RPE (Rechargeable Power Energy North America) is a renewable and lithium energy services and products company, and EMP (Ebike Marketplace) is a brand under RPE that focuses on the light electric vehicle product line.
As the marketing coordinator at RPE, I was in charge of the trade show marketing for its B2B-focused business, and EMP for B2C advertising. From show research, booth reservation, travel budget, marketing material design and printing, exhibitor hosting on the floor, and teardown at the end of the show, I planned and executed every step of the tradeshow’s lifecycle.

Exhibition Project Management
Attending any tradeshow requires project management skills: background research on the exhibition, stakeholder management with vendors, budgeting for travel and materials, scheduling for on-time delivery, and assigning tasks to team members. Every step is crucial to a successful, smooth showtime.

Printed Marketing Materials
Brandbook, brochures, flyers, banners, booths, business cards… Depending on the brand’s needs, I had designed for various visual styles, formats, and print media. I like to include QR codes on most print media to boost engagement and drive traffic to the website.
